Dorothy will discuss the oftentimes complex task of involving an in-country reviewer (ICR) into the translation and localization process. She will define for the participants what role the ICR fulfills, and why so many companies fail at managing this process effectively. She will demonstrate how to set guidelines for feedback, what to comment on and why, and how to maintain a schedule. By demonstrating some common challenges and how to overcome them, the participants will acquire valuable insights which will help them keep the ICRs enrolled and focused on their task.
