Happy Feet has just completed the launch of their 10th store in the Tampa Bay region, in the prestigious Sundial Center in St. Petersburg. The implementation of their new Teamwork Retail integrated software solution - two years in development - is expected to continue the trend of accelerated expansion.
For Happy Feet customers, the new "omni-channel" software solution will allow customers to be recognized equally whether they are transacting online, at a kiosk, or at any one of the Happy Feet locations.
For example, customers can buy a gift card online and use it in any store, or make a purchase online and pick it up at a store.
The e-commerce platform for the Happy Feet site is the Magento platform owned by EBay. It features a robust search function allowing customers to search by size, color, brand and many other features.
The new software maintains in-stock information for all stores and warehouse at all times allowing customer purchases to be promptly available from any location.
The new Website includes a responsive design that will adjust to any device for best viewing and shopping experience. The site will allow customers to track their accounts including wish lists, reviews, sorting options and a personalized shopping experience. Customers will also be able to compare products with each other.
