(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 03, 2010 ) SAN DIEGO, Calif., May 3, 2010 – Five pre-conference professional development courses kicked off the learning sessions at Technology Services World (TSW) today in Silicon Valley. TSW, being held May 3-5, is the industry’s premier technology services conference, and is hosted by the leading professional association of the technology services industry—TSIA. Service and support experts have converged for this three-day event to explore the exploding cloud computing and social media phenomenons as well as to learn tactics for improving organizational efficiencies in the areas of services delivery, engineering, operations, and leadership.
The pre-conference courses, presented by TSIA featured faculty, were held from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and covered the industryÂ’s hottest topics: growing the customer base, developing effective support portfolios, pricing technology services, identifying social media best practices, and driving customer adoption.

• “Value Realization Workshop,” led by Mark Sloan, COO of RTM Consulting
