Thomas Lah, TSIA executive director, took to the stage first to deliver his presentation, “Clouds on the Horizon,” which revealed the true economics of cloud computing and the impact of new IT consumption models on the technology services industry. An executive panel followed the opening session and focused on how organizations can enable the shift to cloud computing.
