(EMAILWIRE.COM, May 07, 2012 ) San Diego, CA -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, announced that Clarabridge, Coveo, ServiceSource, Sykes Enterprises, The Verghis Group, and Value and Pricing Partners have been named as finalists for the Spring 2012 Technology Services Recognized Innovator Awards. The announcement was made today at the Technology Services World (TSW) Best Practices conference being held this week in Santa Clara, California.
The Recognized Innovator Awards have become highly regarded in the technology services industry, representing the only independently judged awards program that recognizes innovation in technology services products and service offerings documented with customer case studies of measurable business value and results.
The finalists, by category, are:
- Innovation in Products: Clarabridge and Coveo.
- Innovation in Services: ServiceSource and Sykes Enterprises.
- Innovation in Consulting: Value and Pricing Partners and The Verghis Group.

Recognized Innovators are selected by a panel of judges, including industry experts and TSIA members. As a Recognized Innovator finalist, each company will be featured in TSIA Research and will be showcased during the Innovation Tour that will be conducted at Technology Services World on May 7. Winners will be announced and presented with their awards during the TSIA Awards Luncheon at the conference on Wednesday, May 9.
