  • Japan's Ricoh Group partners with Australian BNS Group for New Fax Solution Reports FreeFaxSoftware.net

(I-SoftwareNews.Com, July 31, 2012 ) San Francisco, CA - The newly announced partnership between Japan’s Ricoh Group and BNS Group, an Australian award-winning software developer, is said to be a match made in faxing heaven as both vow to increase output and continue leading in innovating new techniques for efficient communication.

Australia’s BNS Group recently won an iAward for delivering a new fax solution, which is reported to be the first time government department will be able to send unclassified faxes via multi-function device, also known as ‘MDFs’, by inventaustralia.com.
In order to go ahead with the innovation, making communication for the Australian government more efficient, the BNS Group plans on using Ricoh’ MFDs to implement the new idea. IT policies in the country have not allowed the use of MFDs to send/receive unclassified faxes, until now, with BNS Group being the barrier breaking company.

With the use of the highly praised Ricoh devices, the Australian government can rest assured of security between the exchanges along with using them for common purposes such as faxing, scanning, printing and copying.

The award-winning technology was given the award in Australia’s ICT industry and has been termed to be cutting-edge in design and implementation along with providing leadership and guidance to many start-up groups that had been looking for a step inwards but could not find the required solution.

“This solution provides increased security, audit accuracy and reduces the need for stand-alone faxes, which can be a source of information leaks and data spillages,” General Manager Business Solutions and Production for the Australian division of Ricoh Group, Kathy Wilson, said.

Such software is a source of continuation of the use of fax, which by many has always been a point of criticism. With such innovations, more and more people are learning about the benefits of fax, especially now with it going online. Websites like FreeFaxSoftware.net continue to raise awareness and update the general public with the latest and most effective faxing techniques.
