(I-SoftwareNews.Com, October 17, 2012 ) SAN DIEGO and LAS VEGAS -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, honored Verint Systems with the TechBEST Award (Best in Satisfaction) today at the Technology Services World (TSW) 2012 Service Transformations conference in Las Vegas. In addition, Coveo was awarded TechBEST Best in Show.
The new TechBEST Awards were introduced by TSIA this fall to recognize service technology providers in these two categories—the Best in Satisfaction category for companies that received the highest satisfaction scores by annual TSIA survey respondents, and the Best in Show category selected by conference attendees to recognize the organization that created the best experience in the TSW EXPO.
TechBEST finalists included Verint Systems, along with Aptean and Bomgar—three industry-leading providers in today’s technology services space. Finalists for the Best in Satisfaction category were selected by TSIA members who participated in the 2012 TSIA annual global survey on technology adoption and planned spending.
The Best in Show category was open to all exhibiting companies and was voted by conference attendees from their visitations to sponsor exhibit spaces in the TSW EXPO earlier this week. This Best in Show winner represents the “People's Choice” as best of the best in the event.
“As the ‘next phase’ of the former Recognized Innovator Awards, the TechBEST Awards recognize technology companies and services firms that are able to effectively communicate their vision and business value to customers,” said John Ragsdale, vice president of technology research for TSIA. “Verint Systems and Coveo continue to make impressive strides in their respective markets, and we were pleased to honor them during this inaugural round of the TechBEST Awards program this fall.”
The next round of the TechBEST program will be held in the spring of 2013, in conjunction with Technology Services World in Santa Clara, California.
