C Level teams that really see the value in engaging us up front before they merge with another company or purchase and integrate one. Particularly the Financial Services organizations and Equity Firms trying to provide that up front value to their end customer. We are being engaged to take a look at the current state of the organization to be purchased, whether they are operationally aligned with their strategic objectives and what it might take post purchase or merger to get the planned Return on Investment. Going in with a real plan just makes more sense. It’s something they aren’t getting from the typical financial evaluation.”
When asked what’s next for 4Xor the CEO laughed, “We’re having the time of our life just doing what we do now. After so many years as a Systems Integrator, it’s so refreshing to be adding real value to our customers. We do have plans to turn a bit of our focus to Product Development this year, wherever that leads us though, my passion will always be about delivering value.
