(I-SoftwareNews.Com, May 08, 2013 ) SAN DIEGO and SANTA CLARA -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, honored Coveo with the TechFUTURES Audience Favorite Award today at the Technology Services World (TSW) 2013 Best Practices conference in Santa Clara. Diane Berry, Coveo’s senior vice president of marketing and communication, delivered an insightful presentation on the future of knowledge and content management.
TSW is the technology services industry’s premier conference, bringing together the brightest minds and top decision makers in the market space. TechFUTURES was a brand-new component to TSW at the spring 2013 event, and officially kicked off the conference. Through these energized and dynamic presentations, attendees caught a firsthand glimpse into a vision of where services technology is headed within the next three to five years.
