(I-SoftwareNews.Com, May 08, 2013 ) SAN DIEGO and SANTA CLARA -- The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, honored DB Kay & Associates with the TechBEST Award (Best in Satisfaction) today at the Technology Services World (TSW) 2013 Best Practices conference in Santa Clara. In addition, Lithium Technologies was awarded TechBEST Best in Show.
TechBEST Awards recognize service technology providers in two categories—the Best in Satisfaction category for companies that received the highest satisfaction scores by their customers, and the Best in Show category, selected by conference attendees to recognize the organization that created the best experience in the TSW EXPO.
TechBEST finalists included DB Kay & Associates, along with Citrix and MARKETii—three industry-leading providers in today’s technology services space. TechBEST finalists for the Best in Satisfaction category were selected by TSIA members who participated in the 2013 Global Technology Adoption and Planned Spending Survey.
The Best in Show category was open to all exhibiting companies and was voted by conference attendees from their visitations to sponsor exhibit spaces in the TSW EXPO earlier this week. This Best in Show winner represents the “People's Choice” as best of the best in the event.
“The TechBEST Awards recognize technology companies and services firms that are able to effectively communicate their vision and business value to customers,” said John Ragsdale, vice president of technology and social research for TSIA. “DB Kay & Associates and Lithium Technologies continue to make impressive strides in their respective markets, and we were pleased to honor them during the TechBEST Awards program this spring.”
The next round of the TechBEST program will be held in the fall of 2013, in conjunction with TSW Service Transformations in Las Vegas.
