(EMAILWIRE.COM, September 01, 2010 ) SAN DIEGO, CA - The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA), the leading association for today’s technology services organizations, has introduced its new Education Services Benchmark Survey—the most comprehensive source for education services managers seeking a comparative scorecard of their business performance. Launched in August and open to TSIA member companies, the TSIA Education Services Benchmark sets a new standard in benchmarking for education services operations.
Unlike other benchmark surveys in the industry, the TSIA Education Services Benchmark Benchmark gives companies insight into how their education services practices stack up against both the industry and peer groups, as opposed to a simple comparison against arbitrary standards. It also enables them to gain perspective on their education services business challenges, with conclusive data on what contributes (or not) to the bottom line.
The Education Services Benchmark has nine modules: the education services business model, the customer experience, selling and marketing, delivery, operations, partner management, content development, product alignment, and certification.
