The winners were: • IGLOO — Innovation in Social Collaboration • InQuira — Innovation in Knowledge Management • LivePerson — Innovation in Value-Added Services InQuira was also inducted into the Recognized Innovators Hall of Fame today. In addition, IGLOO was also awarded Best in Tour, as voted by attendees following the Innovation Tours at the conference.
