The high-performance cleaning system is designed for middle and high capacity of stencil cleaning, eliminating the risk of paste and glue contamination.
Allowing for a maximum size of the subjected stencil of 740 x 820 x 90mm, this powerful device can be successfully used to remove impurities from the finest stencil structures, as well as from misprinted boards or soldered PCBs.
The StencilClean machine uses water-based cleaners to successfully achieve standard stencil cleaning, eliminating the risk of re-contamination with rest of fluxes and solder balls during the three-stage filtration. Through software-controlled servo-flaps, the stencils are efficiently dried during internal hot air circulation and moisture ventilation. Glue depositions are entirely removed even from plastic stencils by means of the high-pressure spray system.
StencilClean features rotational nozzle arms to achieve an ideal balancing of both-side forces on the stencil surface. This increases the stencil’s resistance and durability in time by not affecting the thin stencil structures and elastic zone. In addition, the cleaning process of SMD stencils is carried out in a safe and secure manner, with cleaned subjects permanently protected against accidents and potential crash.
