In their opening keynote, TSIA CEO J. B. Wood and Todd Hewlin of TCG Advisors explained how the rise of the cloud and managed services business models will change technology purchasing power forever—shifting the risk from the customer to the supplier—and what companies can do to navigate this sizeable shift.

Following Wood and HewlinÂ’s presentation, TSIA executive director Thomas Lah presented a more tactical journey, discussing how organizations can successfully navigate this change in the near term.
