(EMAILWIRE.COM, January 30, 2012 ) San Jose, California – PC peripheral manufacturer Logitech International introduces some of the latest Bluetooth speakers today. They offer more compact speaker products that are absolutely more affordable compared to competing brands.
One of the first comments from consumers who regularly buy Bluetooth enabled speakers is that these devices are a bit pricey. TheyÂ’re pretty useful and makes things so much simpler but the cost is just too high. A regular Bluetooth speaker will usually be priced around $200.
But these devices work well pretty well with our modern day gizmos and not just our computers with a simple Bluetooth software addition. They perform seamlessly with tablets, smart phones, and even laptops. Well – here comes Logitech’s new offerings in the early part of 2012.
ItÂ’s pretty early in the year but this leading peripheral marketer has a few things to help everyone start the year off with a good blast. One of their first offerings for the year 2012 is the Logitech Wireless Speakers. ItÂ’s a great upgrade from any built in speakers your mobile device can ever give.
WhatÂ’s more is the speakerÂ’s price. Yep, itÂ’s sold for a good $59.99. Well, it does sell for a little over $60 actually if you include sales tax and other fees. But hey, it is a huge difference compared to the usual $200, right?
Notice that other websites might mention that the Logitech Wireless Speaker is designed for the Apple iPad but it can actually work for other mobile devices as well. To make things simple, if a customerÂ’s device has Bluetooth on it and it supports A2DP then it can work with this kind of speakers. It has been tested to work with Android phones, many different tablet brands, iPhones, and different laptops. ThereÂ’s a 3.55mm jack where people can plug a wire to help with devices that arenÂ’t wireless capable.
Now, a not so better alternative presented by Logitech is their Bluetooth Mini Boombox. ItÂ’s lightweight, small, and easily portable. ItÂ’s also easy on the money since itÂ’s usually priced at $100. ItÂ’s LogitechÂ’s response to the Jawbone Jambox. The main thing about the Mini Boombox is that it is more portable and itÂ’s no sweat pairing it with any iOS device.
Pairing the Mini Boombox with any device that it supports is rather easy. All that one has to do is to turn it on. It enters into pairing mode as soon as it is powered on. Another way to do it is to hold down the Mini BoomboxÂ’s Bluetooth button. Obviously, you canÂ’t pair it off with multiple devices. It actually pairs with devices one unit at a time.
Comparing the sound quality of the Mini Boombox to the Wireless Speakers, the latter has better sound but the former is more portable. Customers can take their pick depending on what they need. Another thing to note is that other than the affordable price, Logitech also offers such devices with a good warranty. The Logitech Wireless Speakers carry a two year warranty, which makes it an even better deal.
